From a call to a live app in about three months
Six stages. You approve the scope before anything gets built, and you see working software every week after that.
Build call
What your community keeps asking for, what you sell today, and what you want to own in a year. No deck, no proposal theatre. You will know by the end whether this is worth doing.
30 minutesScope and sketches
A written scope and screen sketches for every part of the first version, with what we are deliberately leaving out. You approve it before anything gets built.
Week 1Build
You get a working build every week, on your phone, not a slide about one. Changes are cheap while things are still moving.
Weeks 2–10Store launch
Listing, screenshots, keywords, privacy paperwork, and the review process. We handle submission and the rejections that occasionally come with it.
Weeks 10–12Promotion
Content angles for your channels, email and SMS to your list, and a week-by-week plan for the first ninety days so the launch is not a single spike.
Launch + 90 daysKeep going
We run the app: monthly numbers, a steady release cadence, and a running list of what users are asking for next. On revenue share, your payout lands every pay period. Buy it out whenever you decide you want to own it.
OngoingWhat we need from you, honestly
One call a week
Thirty minutes while we build. You are the one who knows your audience, and we cannot substitute for that.
Your real content
The programs, the videos, the recipes, whatever the app is built around. Not placeholder copy.
A launch slot
Two or three posts in the launch window. The app does not find its own audience.
